His financial career spans multiple industries, including investment management, corporate security, and retail. But his long-standing focus has been on the dental sector, where he has helped practice owners across different sizes, stages, and structures implement robust cash flow systems, reduce financial stress, and improve long-term stability.
At DentLedger, Ananda brings this deep sector insight into every client conversation — helping NHS, mixed, and private practices take control of their finances through tailored planning, smarter decision-making, and proactive support.

Dibyata brings over a decade of experience managing day-to-day bookkeeping and monthly accounts for businesses across retail, beauty, art, and dentistry — including practices with over £10M in revenue.
Since 2012, she has delivered accurate, timely financials that owners can rely on. At DentLedger, she oversees bookkeeping quality control, prepares monthly management accounts, and leads our internal bookkeeping team.
She’s also the main point of contact for many of our dental clients — known for her calm, methodical approach and deep understanding of how practices run behind the scenes.
